Amber – Office Manager
Amber plays a vital role in keeping our practice running smoothly, ensuring both patients and staff have a seamless experience. With over 25 years in the optometry field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise, having held roles such as front desk coordinator, ophthalmic technician, optician, and optical lab manager.
As our office manager, Amber is a dependable problem solver — whether it’s optimizing workflow, troubleshooting challenges, or enhancing patient care — she handles it all with efficiency and professionalism.
Beyond managing daily operations, Amber enjoys building relationships with patients and ensuring their vision needs are met with the highest level of care.
Born and raised in Texas, she cherishes time with her husband and five children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, and photography.
Amy
Amy’s journey from Eugene, Oregon, to Texas brought her closer to family, and her expertise in optometry and ophthalmology shines through her roles at Keller Premier Eye Care.
With over 20 years of experience, she exhibits extensive knowledge and compassion in various roles such as lead ophthalmic/optometric technician, contact lens specialist, scribe, and surgical technician.
Amy’s dedication to providing excellent eye care is evident in her interactions with patients.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and fiancé as well as engaging in DIY home projects, crafting & scrapbooking.
Ky – Front Desk Coordinator
Ky is the welcoming face at our front desk, committed to providing a seamless and friendly experience for every patient. With five years of administrative expertise and a growing passion for optometry, she is dedicated to learning and enhancing patient care.
In addition to managing front desk operations, Ky efficiently coordinates patient scheduling, verifies insurance benefits, and assists with pre-testing, dispensing glasses, and ordering and dispensing contact lenses.
Originally from Texas, she also spent time in Venice, Florida, where much of her family still resides. Outside of work, Ky enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends, shopping, and spoiling her beloved dog, Scooby.
Laura
Although new to optometry, Laura finds joy in assisting patients, answering their questions, and making sure they leave feeling confident in their care. She efficiently coordinates patient scheduling, verifies insurance benefits, and assists with dispensing glasses.
Originally from Boston, MA, Laura has lived in Europe and multiple states throughout her husband’s Army career before making Texas her home many years ago. These experiences have shaped her adaptability and strong interpersonal skills, which she brings to the practice every day. Now an empty nester, she enjoys spending her free time gardening and creating various crafts.
Laura’s warmth, professionalism, unwavering dedication to patient care and ability to connect with people and anticipate their needs make her an integral part of our team. We are proud to have her at the heart of our front desk, ensuring every patient experience is a positive one.
